A CRM that fits your business. Not the other way around.

A business system should follow your process, not force your team to work around its limitations.

Talk about your system

Everything important, in the right place.

We map how work moves through your business and build a clear, dependable place to manage it — from first enquiry to ongoing relationships.

  • Contacts, companies and opportunities
  • Custom pipelines, tasks and notes
  • Permissions and team workflows
  • Reporting and notifications
  • Integrations with the tools you use

From first contact to follow-through.

Illustrative system structure; not a screenshot of a client product.

Useful wherever work happens.

We consider the people using the system day to day: what they need to see, what they need to update and how to make the next action obvious on desktop and mobile. Permissions, integrations and reporting are planned as part of the whole experience.

What to consider before you build.

IN BRIEF

A bespoke CRM can connect contacts, opportunities, tasks and reporting around a distinctive process. It is worth considering when configuration of an existing product cannot meet important workflow needs.

01

When a business needs a different CRM

Sales and operations teams often struggle when leads arrive in several places, ownership is unclear or follow-ups live in private spreadsheets. The first step is to map the journey from enquiry to ongoing relationship.

A well-configured existing platform may be the right answer. Bespoke development makes more sense when relationships, permissions or handovers are genuinely unusual and the organisation can own maintenance.

  • Contacts, organisations and opportunity records
  • Pipeline stages, tasks, notes and reminders
  • Permissions, reporting and notifications
  • Secure website and tool integrations
02

Design the records and interface together

A useful CRM separates people, organisations, opportunities and activities so the team can see history and next steps without duplicate entry. Different roles need appropriate views and access.

We design the everyday screens around actual work: finding a record during a call, recording an update, resolving duplicates and reviewing a team pipeline. A dashboard without a usable data-entry workflow will not solve the problem.

03

How a CRM project takes shape

Discovery observes users and handovers. Design maps entities, permissions and task flows. A prototype tests the hard parts; development connects forms, notifications and other systems. Migration and reconciliation precede cutover, followed by testing and improvements.

A staged first release should tackle the highest-friction workflow rather than replicating every feature of a major CRM.

04

Integrations, pricing factors and limitations

Cost and timing depend on users, roles, data quality, migration, reports, integrations and support. Existing CRM licences, customisation and administration should be compared with build and maintenance costs. We do not publish an invented one-size-fits-all price.

An existing vendor offers mature features; a bespoke platform adds flexibility but also responsibility for security, upkeep and future changes. A hybrid integration may be the best compromise.

Questions worth asking

How much does a custom CRM cost in the UK?

It depends on workflows, integrations, users, migration and support. Define a first release and compare total ownership costs before budgeting.

Should we replace Salesforce or HubSpot?

Not automatically. Test configuration or a small custom layer before deciding that full replacement is justified.

Can website leads feed into the CRM?

Yes, with validation, consent handling, ownership and monitoring for failed delivery.
